Liontown Resources LTD Kathleen Valley Lithium - Tantalum Project

In July 2024 Liontown Resources Ltd. Announced that the first spodumene concentrate (SC6) had been produced at their Kathleen Valley Lithium-Tantalum Project (KVLP). Following the commissioning of the process plant, ore has been processed through the entire crushing, milling and flotation circuit, culminating in the first concentrate produced. As of the latest updates, the project contains an estimated 156 million tonnes of ore at 1.4% lithium oxide (LiO2) and 130 parts per million tantalum (Ta2O5), tantalum is a primary component of capacitors and resistors.
